Protip : warlocks tend to choose horde so they don’t have to fight undead. Also they counter paladin hard.

I’m also seeing flame shocks hit for 1k…in stv. No idea how that is possible.
UA might counter paladin but not other specs due to ret having high burst so they kill the lock before their bubble ends. If they don’t, however, lock probably has the kill.
Pretty sure they definitely murder meta locks.
Correct, it is guaranteed while flame shock is up on the target. I was talking about power surge it doesnt proc enough, 5% is a bit low I believe its 20% in retail (I know who cares about retail, but my point is still valid… the proc is too low).
If we dont get get any power surge procs its very difficult to beat anyone 1v1. In group when we can stand there and cast freely its a different story.

One shot is you were wandering around minding your business and with a single push of a button someone who had also just been wandering around minding their own business killed you.
Someone who had procs built up or uses cooldowns to kill you is not a one shot.

Soul link exists, my friend, I know it is hard to admit, but it does.
tldr; Power Surge procs off of any damage from flame shock, so “dispell before they get a tick” is invalid, they can get the proc from the initial shock dmg, not just the ticks.
If you want some smart talk, then, by definition, one shot is Arcane surge and nothing else, because it literally kills a player with 1 spell.
He does not need to “build them”. If you want to farm posts, atleast play the game and understand mechanics.
