Out of curiosity, how do you only have 370 spell power when you get 200* baseline from a rune?
70 spell power from gear would be extremely low at lvl 50.

I and many others have said Enh is overtuned. There is no denying it… Ele and Resto are not.
But, saying Lava burst always crits plus overload… you can tell that person is clueless.
Ele is. And it will only get worse on 60 if casters are not nerfed.
It has 100% crit chance if you have FS on target. And it is not rare to get insta proc.

How is Ele OP? power surge doesnt proc enough… sure, 1 out of 10 times you get lucky RNG. But outside of lucky RNG Ele is fine.
Protip: If there is a lock in the group CoT absolutely recks Ele. Any melee can lock them down. I personally will run incursions for a week to stack up on LIPs. =)
