I am trying to limit the download-bandwidth:
I start and exit Warcraft multiple times a day and I am trying to run at peak-efficiency. (Eve Online introduced me to the concept.)
I think it would help if a feature would be introduced that limited-bandwidth while in game… and then was let loose to unlimited while not competing.
What do you think?
