I’m certainly waiting to hear their response to this.
If they want that, they can remove raid lockouts that make doing so not fun.
Yup, that’s the one.
I’ve solo’d sixes before lol.
Your attachment to elitism or prestige regarding gear is really puzzling to me.
Wow is no longer the MMORPG where a person with BWL tier was a god.
It’s just a seasonal ARPG based around mythic plus.
If a delver gets myth track loot, doesn’t really affect me.
If I can get myth track tier from mythic plus, delvers should get myth track tier from 11s
Like get a grip. Take a step outside and breath some fresh air - you will survive if a casual player gets some gear, I promise everything is going to be ok!
Which are arguably easier than LFR btw.
Considering I can spend roughly 20 minutes once per week and get a guaranteed piece (though obviously random) right then and there, yeah, way easier.
I’ll be dedicated to remix by this point, don’t care.
I’m not the one that’s clueless and making random incorrect assumptions about people.
Because its a bad practice in general and shouldn’t become the standard.
And I have posted numerous times about how delves are overly generous with loot…but there is a big difference between a couple random pieces a week and access to the vendor
Your elitism is showing and it’s not a good look.
Because its a bad practice
It’s bad practice for me to get the same track exact gear I get now? That makes no sense.
I’m not the one who’s wrong, otherwise I would admit it as I often do (since I’m often wrong, as all of us are). It’s fine to be upset that the event’s been walked back from how it ultimately played out in S2, but my point here has always been that it was never intended to play out the way it did in S2, and that assuming it’s been buttoned up for S3, it’s now going to function the way they originally planned for it to function.
Your elitism is showing and it’s not a good look.
Asking people to clear a normal raid is “elitism” now, lol. What has this game come to?
ahhh but just like last season you are and were proven wrong in multiple ways and went silent when called out on it.
go AFK in a random M+6 and let me know how that works out for you
Could have last night, I got into a pug and there was virtually no healing required. My character was 670ilvl too lol
6s are harder to heal than 12s, the average players in there are an extra affix.
But if you know how to play 6’s offer no challenge. I heal them on my 670 alts.
I’m not the one who’s wrong, otherwise I would admit it as I often do
The only part of that post that was edited was the text explaining the quest because they updated the first quest to give us three full chips instead of just one.
None of the other post was updated.
So the original quote stands as blizzards initial stance:
“require the associated boss to have been defeated at least once in any difficulty to purchase Hero track gear”.
Sorry but you are wrong
Really don’t understand the complaints about LFR not being included. Would much rather do M0 than LFR
For me, it’s about what I want to do with my play time. I don’t want to have to find a group for a Mythic dungeon. Perhaps it’s easier to do that than I imagine, but I can’t justify my limited play time with waiting around for other people who may end up leaving the group and then I can’t get my Chips anyway. At least with LFR, if someone leaves it’s super easy to replace them or even just finish without them.
Though, I would personally rather they just give the option to acquire Chips by doing delves.
Because its a bad practice in general and shouldn’t become the standard.
It’s just a different paradigm.
I’d rather player prestige would be gatekept over power, but Delve gear is already good enough IMO. It’s a 5 ilvl difference from myth ilvl when we factor in crafting.
The real issue from delves is gear quality, specially trinkets and the total lack of interesting cantrip items, delve belt notwithstanding, as well as the lack of ever increasing difficulty tiers, even without myth rewards.
Which are arguably easier than LFR
arguably is the key word. half the people in LFR usually arent even trying, or reading the chat after a wipe to find out why…
it is irrelevant though. LFR is a different “pillar” of the game. If blizz thinks 11 delves are too easy for chips, then make it a nemesis ? clear… at least then player who prefer that pillar are included.

Player base issue. If people vote kicked those who do less DPS then a tank, die early/often etc then it wouldn’t be as bad as it is.
I personally only do normal clears on alts cause even in a pug it’s 100x faster. Fill to 30, kick/replace people to keep it at 30. And it’s smooth sailing.
The thing about Blizzard’s webposts is that it’s only ever the most current version that’s available, so viewing prior versions is essentially impossible. But if you’d like, please read this post from Kaivax discussing the design goals for S2’s implementation:
We’ve been closely following your feedback on our recent announcement of the upcoming Turbo Boost event. We understand that while most of the benefits of the event - such as double drop rate on Warbound-Until-Equipped gear from dungeons, or extra upgrade tiers available on all existing items - will be available immediately, the prospect of waiting three additional weeks to purchase select Liberation of Undermine items from Consultant Wrexxle is a frustrating one. In light of that, we’re changin…
You’ll note that at several points in the post, acquisition of tokens is discussed, with no mention of LFR, but rather normal difficulty as the ‘minimum’ for acquisition.
