If BFA is any example to go by they will reuse these super HD assets throughout the entire Shadowlands expansion. So, that they now have demonstrated an HD version of all the covenant leaders I think except for Kyrestia tells us what we can perhaps expect.

I was thinking something along those lines. I think it might hint at something.
