Laughing so hard rn, evoker a joke?

You realize some people click in this game right? Not everyone is a pro FPS player coming to WoW. In fact, not everyone has RPG experience coming into this game.

I don’t care if it’s overwhelming or not. Fact is they have an opinion and plenty of y’all trying to change their mind in not so friendly ways. They didn’t attack anyone. All they did was state their opinion in a rather strong manner.

You want it to change? Don’t even reply. Let the thread die.

As someone who just came back after a very long time I’m glad I’m not the only one who felt “off” maybe it was redoing my UI but this class so far feels very unfamiliar and all the starting zone did was teach me how to soar and how to use fire breath.

We didn’t really need to learn how to soar it comes very natural to most players. Teach us about how how abilities work with each other.

I copied a string from icy veins and played onna dummy for a few minutes.

Then go quest somewhere for a while and figure the class out?

Yup, just as frustrating and overwhelming as when I boosted my first toon.

The intro is better than Exile’s but most of it was “How to fly your dragon” didn’t really help on how abilities worked. You get dropped at 60 and here I am trying to figure out all these healing talents when this class works differently from the typical healer. I would rather went from level 10 like the Allied races and treat as ‘recovering your powers’ from 20k years ago and ran with it so you can get a feel for the class. This is stupid but eh.

Time to get kicked in Ulda because I dunno wtf I’m doing lmao.

I’ve made 2 Dracthy on 2 different servers & seen no such box. Granted, I’m not whining about the class & its introdution – just saying that this “advanced class box” has not shown up at all.

I realize everyone can read, the only skill needed

What’s funny is, if they had a tutorial for every spell, ppl would be here posting about how it’s too easy and how they don’t need their hands held.

This class has like, less main abilities than DH has. I dunno why it’s hard. If you really want to, read the talent point tooltips. Theres a million youtube videos on this too. It’s a builder/spender with medium length CDs and some channeled spells. It feels like other classes and specs.

As I’ve mentioned before, it does for some and not for others.

The starter zone only teach you the fundamental and the very basic of the class and not about hardcore play style.

Well just keep being bad at the game I guess, the class/rotation are pretty easy to figure out.

Just gotta keep going don’t you?

The OP is allowed to feel however they want whether you like it or not. If you choose to throw the first blow, you’re the jerk here. Not them for having an opinion you strongly disagree with.

Then dont reply to me

So can I

Dumping all the talent points at once isnt fine.

You may want to replay the DH starting zone.

You may want to replay the DK starter zone shill.

I love how in one thread I get attacked for being too critical of blizz and the next Im a shill. lul wow players.

Also have you played it??? lol. There aren’t talent quests

True, but keep in mind, there are a lot more this time. We had barely any for DHs. And DKs… no one knew what they were doing. They just tossed stuff somewhere until they were out of the starting area and then reset to start over.

It would’ve meant 2 points per quest or so throughout the entire zone, while learning the other abilities on top of it.

I’m not sure that would’ve been better. Because then people would be crying that it’s overwhelming.

Can’t really win either way.
