If you do a quick google, you can see all this money isn’t going to any organization that are helping black communities. They are lining the pockets of race hustlers and institutions that are supporting democratic nominations. Its just wool they are pulling over your eyes. The moment they said by me being silent and minding my own business made me a racist, I stopped giving two flips about any of it, also I’m white so I am already the enemy in their eyes.
Well, the gal said it, and she was making a statement for BLM in general. I worded my post poorly, my bad there. Weather or not this is true or not is up for debate, though I’ve heard complaints from within BLM (not personally) that they’re being taken over by Marxists and the movement is being co-opted. Again, I don’t know if this is true, but I’m just throwing it out there.
Don’t forget that one of the founding members of the birther movement was one of the nominees for president in 2016. And I’m not talking about the current president.
Yet I wonder why it was so prominent for Obama but not Clinton (either of them), Bush (any of them), Trump, or Biden.
Must be a coincidence I guess.
Maybe because his father was born outside of the USA?
Here is what people don’t seem to understand.
Black Lives Matters doesn’t mean “other lives don’t matter as much”. It means “we matter too. Please help us”.
When you see the breast cancer ribbon, it doesn’t mean that it isn’t important to find cures for the other cancers too. It is just bringing attention to breast cancer right now.

Politics have become much more polarized after the Iraq war.
Yes, its inception came about by a Democrat gentleman, I forget his name. But it was later picked up by the Hillary camp, and disseminated through her followers. In her defense it was a brilliant play. I’m no fan of hers, but it was pretty smart.
I don’t think it is the name at this point that raises eyebrows. It is the practices, the selective outrages and it’s founders being self-proclaimed marxists.
BLM is a bad slogan. So is defund the police. Both slogans are poorly thought out, but at the same time the movement’s behind them are great.
In part I think the slogan only cought on because it was bad. If it was properly worded to be non-offensive and be a direct reflection of the purity of the cause I think it may have been ignored.
Which all all is just sad that they had to use that trick to begin with.
Look into BLM and you’d see that they are a marxist movement. They proved they were not about black lives when they started tearing down statues that have nothing to do with perceived racism. They are no better than antifa.
Not disagreeing.
But I can’t remember either Trump or Clinton’s citizenship being a question in the 2016 election.
It really is a mystery on why it got used so heavily against Obama, but not any other US president.
You matter…
everyone matters…
humans matter.
or…
no one matters
everyone sucks.
and this thread is pointless.
Maybe this?
But Obama released his birth certificate way back in 2007, proving that he was a US citizen.
Why on earth would people still question it for years after?
I know you keep alluding to the fact that he is Black but its because they had a better chance to sow seed of doubt because his father was not an American. Both Bush’s parents and Trumps were well known American figures.
There are millions of Black Americans whose nationality is never questioned.
Shh can’t say stuff like that around the internet.
I’d rather put focus on the Indians. You know the marginalized group that we keep on reservation camps. If we are on an apology tour, I say lets go back to the roots and just hand the land back over to them, load up on a reconstructed Mayflower and Speedwell and head back over to Europe. We can also make a few pit stops on the way to drop off the others.
A single movement of people were enough to not vote a man into the presidency? You do realize that even if 100% of birthers didnt voted for him, he still would be and was president. Also, are all birthers white? Cause if systemic racism exists, then no whites could have voted for him. Your arguement is flawed
