Will the new mail/spec/debuff changes apply to this new HC realm? Is this confirmed?
I was wondering the same thing too.
If dual spec is in HC fresh it confirms two things: The Anniversary realms will be merged onto era eventually, and that until that happens the old reams will be wastelands.
