Latest Cinematic proves the Devs love the horde

The pain in the butt city and annoying terrain of horde zones tell me otherwise. HAve leveled both ally/horde. Horde City is stupid you have to use a flight path between your ship/bank/etc to the top of a temple and then climb down several flights of stairs to get to tradeskill trainers and scrapper. Meanwhile on Alliance everything you need is within about 30 seconds travel time.

Also the horde quest zones are alot less travel friendly than alliance ones IMO.

That s the point I ve beem making here.

The alliance has total navy supremacy and just ransacked zuldazar and destroyed the very reason the Horde went for the zandalari trolls therefore…foiling the Horde s plans.

Therefore HAVING A VICTORY. But you can t convince these whinny kids about it cause they just see what they want to see. What they want is to feel like the poor opressed minority of the big bad Blizzard wich is ironic cause.

If Blizzard is such an unfair monster who persecutes them. Why are they still paying to play this game?

From an Alliance player who enjoys the game’s point of view, this is so amusing haha.

I loved the new cinematic!

Keep at it guys

According to the game theory channel that sword has effectively wiped out all life on the planet and we’re just living some dream.

We lost to the Nightmare? I can dig it.

Ironically, that would actually be better than the story we’ve been living in for the past year(ish).

I think Blizzard should listen to you. Of course I would say that, to be fair, this also means they need to take a popular Alliance character and make them, and your faction, evil.

If this is what the Alliance wants, I think it should be made clear to blizzard. If not, then this is apples and oranges for someone who wants their cake and eat it too.

The fun part there is we don’t know about the battle for the Barrens as Alliance. It never comes up.

Is it a thing? Is there anything story going on there?

I honestly have no idea.

So how was that a victory? We failed to take the stronghold, had to rely on a suicide squad for that to happen, and had our leaders retreating with injuries with Brother Joseph and Sister Katherine both dead. What gain did we make besides dismantling a small part of the navy?

Dazar Alor was a losing proposition in any case and Alliance leadership should have realized that.

Nothing sort of the genocide of the Zandalari was going to change things and that’s not what the Alliance does.

Sylvanas though, she’d sell Gallywix up the river for another Valkyr.

It sure is a rough love…

Your goal wasn’t to take the strong hold.

Your goal was to kill King Rasta and dismantle the Navy, by tricking the Horde army.

Tricked Horde Army : Check
Killed King Rasta : Check
Dismantled Navy, leaving Alliance with supreme naval dominance : Check
Zero lore npc deaths : Check

How was it anything BUT a victory?

This is where you’re so wrong, I can only imagine you’re being willfully ignorant. Our goal was never to kill the king. It was to stop the Zandalari from joining the Horde either by convincing Rasta to surrender or by convincing the Zandalari that the Horde couldn’t protect them from the Alliance military.

King Rastakan didn’t surrender, was betrayed by Bwansamdi, and killed. The end result of that was Talanji taking the throne and the Zalandari officially joining the Horde.

The battle for Dar’zalor was a complete and total failure. We cemented the very thing we set out to stop.

It’s kind of like going into a bank and thinking to yourself, “I’m just taking some money out of my checking to pay rent. I’m not going to rob the place”. Then, two hours later, you’re sitting in a jail cell because you tried to rob the place, and your rent still isn’t paid.

We sank a few boats. That was our only accomplishment, and we didn’t need to actually invade the city to do it (the charges had already been planted).

Your goal was to force him to surrender, and if not then to kill him.

Your goal was also to dismantle the Zandy navy.

Is an Alliance cinematic.

They’re talking about the super high res movie quality cinematics, not the disappointing in-game scenes.

lol a few boats

The Zandalri’s greatest strength was their navy! You crippled your opponents ally while adding your own

Nothing is ever enough. You could spin anything

Lol the fact that you see it this way shows how blind you are. Anyone who is a fan of the zandalari does not agree with you. Having your king killed and your city sacked doesn’t count as a win. :joy:

It’s like saying we burned down the big tree but we were the real losers. (Kinda we’re because it put us down this repeat of a path with garbage writing).

Devs have no bias. They just have bad writing :roll_eyes::roll_eyes::roll_eyes: seriously people are crazy.

You know what would really have been a win?

Accomplishing our goals. Like convincing the Zandalari to kick the Horde out and NOT join them.

Doesn’t sound like we did that considering Talanji basically, officially joined the Horde mid raid.

Ohh thats good. Im gonna start saying that because its just as stupid as the idiots who think the alliance lost at the undercity or Dazar’alor

We actually lost at Teldrassil lol
