Latency issues philippines (5-8PM GMT +8?)

I play in the Frostmourne Server (OCE) and I am having latency issues for the past two days at the same time. (5-8 PM GMT +8) I log in and it will be fine for a minute or even a few pulls in raid but then I will lag hard (1000-10000 MS). I had to be benched from my raid group because of this so am super annoyed. I usually have 150ms and have no problems with WoW outside of the occasional random disconnect. (that is forgivable!)

I am ruling out an internet connection problem because I ran speed tests and it read around 250-300mbps and even played Hearthstone with no issue so I’m quite sure it’s a WoW-specific problem. Even when I’m lagging in game, I refresh a web page and it works just fine. I did 5/6 step thing on Blizzard’s landing page for connection issues and it seems to not have worked. First day, I restarted my PC and router and that worked but today it failed me. So yeah i’m super annoyed please help. I will also rule out hardware issues because I never had this problem before.

Same issue im from frostmourne
150-170 normal but 300-450 latency is very annoying

Same issues from SEA (Thailand) to OCE - frequent lagspikes to over 1k and desyncs. Been happening for over a week. I presumed it was just due to the DDOS attacks, but seems not.

Unplayable.

I’m playing in OCE on Frostmorne and NA on Stormrage from Korea and been having the same thing.
Game seems fine then randomly jumps up to 10-15k for a few minutes. playing during this same time period 6-9 pm for me at gmt+9.

Only been happening since patch. I thought it was my net at first but everything else is completely fine its just wow.
Sometimes I can even chat still in the game but mobs and other players stop moving.

I’m not in an OCE server but this is also happening to me right now, while I’m currently in vacation in the Philippines too. Happened during a key, and hoped it wouldn’t happen during raid but it’s happening with me while raiding with my Frostmourne (OCE) guild. Thought it was a DDOS on server issue too, but internet is fine and I can type in chat in-game with no delay.

There are several damaged undersea cables. In SEA which increases traffic on already overloaded cables

Same here - playing from Guam on Nagrand. Massive latency spikes that primarily occur during the same time slot. Only wow is impacted.

Im having the same issues. I live in Japan and play on OCE server. Random spikes that can last anywhere from 10 seconds to over 1 minute.

It makes things like playing M+ virtually impossible
