From my collections. I had the Pirate Outfit, the pink cloak, the pink scarf and hood, and Ash’adar. Ash’adar shows up as a green box and I can’t mount it, and all the clothes are just GONE.
UPDATE
The people I’m around can see if I’m wearing last month’s items if I equip a piece I had transmogged, and if I’m riding the mount, but I cannot. Nothing shows up for me, personally, and they’re still absent from my collections.
Same, all my Items purchase have been removed from my Collection. I had purchase Both the Cloak and Hoodie ensemble and the Mace. They are all gone. Ash’adar, Harbinger of Dawn is also bugged, it has no model and when used it just makes your character run and fly instead.
All of my items have disappeared too. Since I was transmogged into them prior to today when I logged in I had a blue and white box showing where my belt should be and the rest of my body was naked.
I had the swashbuckler ensemble transmogged and it disappeared from my collection and from the items that were transmogged.
My friend can see my character wearing the items but I don’t. He has the items in his collection but I don’t.
Same issue here. The pirate ensemble, the cloaks, hood, scarf, flail, 2h hammer, bow. All completely gone from my appearance tabs.
The Monthly mount also is invisible and just makes my character run fast and it’s icon is a green square.
My mount is gone as well. Show’s up as a green box. That would be Ash’adar Harbingher of dawn
Yeah, my pretty pink helm I got last month isn’t in my collection inventory nor mogged. What’s up Bliz?
All of my items have disappeared as well. Ash’adar, Garrlock, & Fury of the Firelord are all missing from their respective collection tabs and the models won’t even show a preview.

Sounds like they accidentally deleted all of the Trading Post items from last month when they rotated them out.
I wonder how long it will take for them to fix the issue.
All last month’s trading post items that I bought are completely gone, the Ash’adar mount is showing up as a green square and when I hit mount nothing happens - I just run fast and can swim through the air. My frozen item (the staff) from last month is also gone as well.
This isn’t the case for everyone. It’s a random bug issue.
I would suggest trying to do a full UI reset for everyone in here to see if it helps.
How did you get all three? That adds up to more than 2000 tender which was the cap.
That did not help, items are still missing.
Ash’adar didn’t cost Trader’s Tender. It was the free item after completing the bar.
Did absolutely nothing to solve the issue.
