Where is this guy? Is this just a random Garrison quest? See this is the one thing I hate about Draneor. You get 1 assault a day, Tanaan jungle storyline kind of dissipates, garrison quests themselves, they just don’t pop up regularly, and to get most buildings to 3 involve some weird quest with no “go here” help.
Check wowhead - that one only happens in a couple of places if I recall - there is a location in spires to do that one.
unless you mean different type of assaults. You can buy items that trigger assaults.
Are you talking about scouting missives? I wasn’t sure if those triggered assault quests.
Sorry, I don’t remember. I just remember I was able to do multiple assaults in one day, I think it was from some NPC.

Yep I’m looking for the Reduction on Force quest. I don’t know where it starts or what it is has to do with a lumber mill. If anyone knows some secret to getting garrison campaign quests to spawn that would help too.

For the Reduction in Force quest to show up, you first have to find and “rescue” Alexi Barov. He can be found in several different areas and zones, Check WowHead for the possible locations. He’s trapped under a fallen tree you have to lumberjack him out from under. After that, the quest should appear in your lumbermill.
Holy cow ok. Wow. I’ve got like a hundred hours in Draneor now. I have never seen this dude.
