Completely asinine, toxic design. I wish I could say I was surprised, but this is par for the course for you people, isn’t it?

Let’s say you’re waiting in line at the supermarket to check out, and some dongus cuts in front of you. LOL LAST IN FIRST OUT AMIRITE? What a great checkout experience. Do you people even go to the supermarket? Or play your own game? I very much doubt either one, when you put this driveling nonsense design in front of me.

Here’s how you should have done it:

Last in last out, OBVIOUSLY ~ Checking out your BoE for gold on the AH is just like waiting in line to be served by a cashier. The first person who posts it IS THE FIRST PERSON TO GET SERVED. Not exactly rocket surgery, except maybe for the brain trust at the blorz design team.

But how do you deal with undercutting by 1s? Again, not rocket surgery. You prohibit undercutting for anything less than 10-20% of the value of the next highest listing up. You want to undercut my 300,000g BoE? Okay, but you’re losing at least 30-60k gold. You’d be better off getting in line behind me. If you REALLY want to sell that BoE fast, you pay for it.

Not systemically encouraging a-holes to cut in line and implementing BASIC QoL features - super simple stuff.

P.S. Naturally, you should also be amending the ToS to prohibit AH automation addons. They should no longer be necessary, and all they do is encourage toxic, sociopathic behaviour by AH botters. It’s bad enough you’ve allowed them to run rampant for literally a decade and a half - the least you can do is correct this disastrous course as soon as possible.

Yep, I’m gonna buy what I need/want at the lowest cost possible per item.

I do this on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, and even WoW.

I mean that is a female character so that is a logical assumption. But yes saying horomones is why they’re angry has historically been a sexist comment, and it was directed to a female character.

What they really should have done is implement a lot of the functionality of the addons people use and left the rest of it alone.
