Verified this. Was running this dungeon solo for the Mythic completion achievement. Got to the last boss (Avatar of Sethraliss) and cleared the initial 4 mobs (Hoodoo Hexer) that reduce the healing the Avatar takes, then killing the Plague Doctor, and letting the plague frogs hit me so they’ll disappear (or apply the debuff if they actually hit me), then killing the Heart Guardian last. He drops the orb, which I click and which applies the healing buff to the boss. Being a warrior, I only have bandages to heal the boss, but after the first tick of the healing (which doesn’t actually heal), it says he’s immune, does no healing, and at that point no other mobs spawn. Then the boss hovers there forever unless I run up the stairs, at which point he resets. The assumption being it is glitching because I’m not a healer and can’t heal the boss.
This should be fixed so that bandages can heal the boss, like with Valithria in ICC, so melee classes can solo this…wishful thinking, I know.

You could bring a friend who has a heal, doesn’t need to be a healer. I can lend you one.
Having a healer is not good enough either. I’ve got this dungeon two days in a row on my priest and spamming heals doesn’t work either. She gets health back, the health resets to 70.01% and she despawns. I’ve had her above 70.01 and it resets back down then she despawns, it’s always the same. Sitting on dungeon deserter right now because I have better things to do with my time then wait on this dungeon yet again.
