Well Blizzard seems fine with boosting (both by their cash shop and outside services), GDKP and Bots so that should answer your question. They care not about the community, especially if it interferes with their bottom line. No RDF=more boosts and more transfers. It will probably be like every other “bad decision” made by them, after they rake in as much as they can from those services they will say “We listened to the community” and add in RDF in 6 months or so.
