Laoghaire can you share your tips?

How are you so proficient in warlock that you are able to keep saying warlocks are bad players while you are at the almighty 96 rating.

I want to get better so please tell me what I should be doing.

I’m pretty sure that’s not his main. I’m thinking he’s probably from eu wow and that’s the reason we can’t see his main.

Because Leog is def not it, seems like the guy or girl barely plays that character but I’m sure someone with better investigative skills can find out.

Hey it’s probably wallirik’s alt on na ofc, I bet someone that talks about how trash an entire community is on every post must be super good at the game with the game knowledge to back it up. That’s why I want him to make some guides for us with his gameplay. I would definitely like comment and subscribe for such awesome :sunglasses: content.

His rating doesn’t discredit any information he posts here. If anything Lao is a pretty valuable poster on this forum. But that’s just me chiming in and giving my opinion. That is all.

That’s why I always tell people to discredit the statement. Not the avatar.

Agreed. Current rating doesn’t equate to false information lmao

Has he posted anything beside “warlock players are trash git gud” or am I missing something? What information has his genius produced that I am unaware of?

Also missing the point of the post, laoghaire pretty much non stop flames or subtly flames every warlock in every thread and brings no helpful information in any of his arguments. His posts can be summed up by “only bad warlocks complain” while he has no experience on the class and it is fairly obvious since he never talks about a single fact about the class.

For as long as I’ve known Lao, he’s posted nothing but correction info + minor flame. It’s just the Lao special. It’s ok

Pretty sure his main is a mage.

I’m fully here for this pettyness lol. Gets a good seat to watch

More a passive aggressive attitude than minor flame.

Even if his main is a mage. If you have ever played at higher ratings on any class you have a basic understanding of every class.

I don’t think anyone is saying warlock as a class doesn’t have any issues. It’s more of players that have never been above 1750 making comments and blaming the class as a whole and not their personal issues.

Like you can have an ilvl of 190 on any class and struggle in 2s because of how far behind gear wise you are.

Is it a …loveseat? :joy:

I’m not going to sit here and claim I would be x or y if warlocks are better but Lao would obtusely attack anyone that claimed warlock has issues and instead of giving advice his go to response is “there’s 3k warlocks so the class is fine git gud” while the said 3k warlocks advise people to not play warlock due to how fundamentally flawed the class is at every level of play.

It could be. Wink wink nudge nudge

The only time I have seen him flat out roast someone was a sub 1550 warlock that had a 194 ilvl saying he was good but that warlocks suck.

Warlocks have some issues but they aren’t keeping him sub 1550.

For sure. But not the pain of playing the class and the potential problems preventing the experience to be fun and accessible. It would be like a coach who never played hockey professionally and never received a puck in his face from a NHL quality shot saying he knows how it feels to receive a puck in the face. Even if you know everything about hockey and you are a very good coach if you never received a puck in your face from Shea Weber then you simply don’t know how much it hurts.

Most locks don’t blame the low rating on the class. They just say it’s not fun to play and the skill cap to even reach a low rating of 1600 is higher than it should be. I reached 1600 rating casually on my hunter in BFA while getting the CnS essence and i can tell you it was easier than reaching 1400 on my lock now and Laoghaire can say whatever he wants this is a fact.

That’s not true.

I have never played a healer above 2200 but I can tell you the pain of playing a healer is prob the worst thing in the game at higher ratings.

Not all sports coaches have played professionally. So you’re analogy doesn’t really fit. You don’t have to play the game to know a slap shot in the face hurts.

The main issue with your argument that I have is that fun is subjective.

One of your main complaints that I have seen is how strong warriors are against locks. I showed you a video about how to properly kite warriors and your response was “I don’t want to do it that way because that’s not fun” or something along those lines.

Not wanting to do something is different than not being able to do something.

for me it was Matt Dumba in prep school but this is rather apt. dont recommend it to anyone and its hard to explain what your skull vibrating for 3 days feels like LOL
