Language change problem

I found the bug in the game, and by reading others in the forums, I understood that it’s not only me. I’m playing on US servers and I tried to change the language from (Text language Russian to English) and keep the spoken language Russian, but when I log into the game, the spoken language changes to English.
By reading forums, I found that it’s not only issues with Russian, but also with other languages.

Came to say I have same issue. If I select english text + chinese dub I only get english for both. If I select chinese text + chinese dub it works.

I tried changing config.wtf file and battle.net; In game language options doesn’t even offer anything except english.
