Language Change Doesn't Work

I opened the settings in the Blizzard launcher and went to change the audio to Chinese, while keeping the text in English. I clicked “Done” then launched the game. Didn’t work. I tried this a few times. Still didn’t work. Then I performed the “Scan and Repair”. Once again, didn’t work.

I’ve tried Googling the issue and wasn’t able to find anything. If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

It’s probably region locked to prevent issues. The Chinese dialog might be far different from the English text because of their weird laws about things that can and can’t be in video games.
