Fix the piece of crap tcg vendor
“Unacceptable” is an interesting word. You clearly don’t mean it literally, since if you did you would have already quit the game.
You don’t like it, but you clearly accept that the developers set their own priorities and schedules for everything, including bug fixes.
You still have every right to be as mad about it as you care to, but there are limits to how much that changes anything.
Will today be the day? Doubtful but hopeful at the sametime.

It’s still not working but support team took my ticket with the code provided and send me the item via email.
How did you get it via email? They havent even responded to mine. Should I send another one?
Bump while the pre-patch chaos gets smoothed out.
I opened the ticket including even the code for the item, I got my blizzard bear via email. The GM mentioned on the response that the issue isn’t fix yet but that he could verify and send the item via email. Also, He apoligies for the long queues on ticket response.
Landro Longshot is now fixed for me!
I can confirm that it looks like they are working again. I was able to redeem something at Rasin, and at Landro.
