Well you should probably be in tech support or cust service, they will probably have you do one of those winMMT thingabobbies.
I would probably tell them your region as well as some issues have been related to regional ISPs
Maybe oceanic is being sharded to the Americas when low pop or some other logical explanation like that, that they dont know yet.
I saw people talking about it in tech, and its going on 2 weeks. posted here hoping it would garner some attention and see who else is having these issues.
its bothersome because it only tends to happen around 6pm server on WrA. me and some guild mates have noticed it happening since 10.2.6 came out

It happened to me a few times in M+. Caused me have the most deaths. Luckily we still timed. Home will be between 50-100, world will be over 1k.
I ran one Time Walking just fine early today. Second one I tried we all froze up and couldn’t move or use actions right before the last boss. Warning popped up that said my lock for the instance was expiring in 1 minute. Everyone got DC’d eventually.

I was having huge problems yesterday and I was only doing the holiday stuff. I wasn’t as bad as the @OP but I still was running at about a 300ms ping
