Ill be running full speed then It looks like my toon is running thru quicksand. If i jump or strafe it seems to go away for a few seconds, but its pretty constant now. Ive reset wow and its still happening.
A few weird things ive noticed. If run by clicking both right and left mouse it doesnt happen. Also If I am flying and touch down on the ground as long as I don’t release the W key It wont lag. But if I let go and start running again it will lag again.

Sorry to hear you’re running into these seeming connection stability issues. If you hover your mouse over the red question mark ‘Help’ icon on your hotbar, I’m curious what your reported latency values are. If they seem abnormally high, the movement stuttering may be a symptom as well of configuration issues.
If you’re on a wired connection, let’s check the settings for the ethernet device itself.
Network Card Support
We’re looking at the stuff under step 3 in particular. For the Checksum Offload settings, look for TCP Checksum Offload (IPv4) and UDP Checksum Offload (IPv4).
If issues persist, we’ll want to look over the network connection itself to see if there’s any issues arising between you and the servers.
Let’s download WinMTR. This tool will run a robust network test that can show us a lot of information about what might be going on with the connection. Follow the instructions in this article for the best test results:

Ive noticed the connection icon in the bottom right of the computer keeps going red to yellow, then connected. And keeps cycling for about 60 seconds at a time. Then it will pass and be fine for maybe an hour sometimes less.
The game will basically freeze while this happens, but i can still move around in the world, just not use an abilities or interact with anything, and eventually have to close wow all together and reconnect.
Also this only happens when I play wow. Not while browsing youtube or searching the web.
