For a few hours now I’ve been experiencing lag (350-2500 ms) only when I enter combat (dungeons and battlegrounds). What can this be? Outside of combat, everything is normal.

There was/is a tab in the settings.
You can/could set for group content.
Not sure if they removed the options.
