Lag issue FPS 29 MS at 28 was good what going on

I’ve had 0 issues when I raid but when I’m out in the world in Terrokar/Nagrand questiong or AV I get MASSIVE lag spikes randomly, no idea why my “ms” stays the same

We’ve been having INSANE lag sporadically throughout the week since reset.
