I’m experiencing latency issues (abilities lag, long time to loot and turn in quests) in Val’Sharah specifically. The issue doesn’t persist while doing class quests or in Highmountain.
Bumping this. It’s borderline unplayable and this started around 6 PM EST yesterday. Pandaria is just as bad if not worse. No issues in Draenor or outside of Chromie time on my main. Please don’t make suggestions for client side troubleshooting as a quick glance at this forum will show that this is a server side issue and Blizz needs to address it.

Same here. I finally just logged off for the night after it took around 40 to 50 seconds to loot. I did not have any issues in other zones in Legion.

One more to add to the list! I was only there picking plants, so I’m going off elsewhere. But thanks for sharing it’s not me…too bad for us all (or anyone that HAS to go there for Class stuff).

Same issue here, Val Sharah on Stormrage nearly unplayable

Same. Val’Sharah on Area 52 is horrible.

Same here. Highmountain, Stormheim, and Azuna are fine, but once I get to Val’Sharah the lag hits like a truck. Its damn near unplayable.
Same. As soon as I went back to Chromie and can out of Chromie time, the lag and hesitation went away. Guess its leveling in the classic areas.
Bumping this. Same issue on Thrall.
I am also having a similar experience on Bleeding Hollow. Other zones are fine. Just Val’Sharah.
good to know! lets see if I can wrap up my time in Val’Sharah, and move out of this hell hole zone.
Same in Icecrown server. Completely unplayable.
FYI: Outside chromie time, there is no lag, but I noticed that in both instances, general and local defense channels are unavailable.

I am having the same issue on Dalaran server. It’s a shame because it’s one of my favorite zones to level in. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.
I’m having the same issue in Pandaria. For example, the Lore Master Cho quests where he guides you through the past of Pandaria… The lag is so bad that when you start the escort quest, he will stand still for 30+ seconds, then start the quest, then eventually hit some kind of internal Blizzard timer, and DIE halfway though the escort 
As you can imagine, I was very confused until it happened to a fellow player. We both decided to just log off for the night. Blizzard, you guys need to address this or say something. I wasted 30 minutes of my time trying to figure out what was going on!
Its still happening in Valsharah at least. I’m having consistent problems to the point where its unplayable. This is insane.

Bump. Same issue. Val’Sharah is unplayable but every other zone in the Broken Isles seems fine.
Having this problem but in Pandaria (Jade Forest at least). At first he thought it was my internet or something but speed test is all good. In game lag meter is also showing fine… but frame rate is low (about half of normal). Tried lowering display settings (and the other usual suspects) but no effect.
