Lady of the Falls gives no quests, breaking the Sojourner of the Ardenweald achievement and making it impossible to complete the quest to get the Swift Gloomhoof mount.

Same, I tried to get the mount today but she isn’t giving any quests. Can’t proceed till she does.
I found out this, by going through Wowhead-- you have to check every quest in this quest line to see if you missed another NPC with a quest in it.

I’m not missing anything. I checked. I completed every quest except the one I’m trying to turn in. the “?” shows on the minimap, but the npc is not here.
I’m having the same issue (US - Earthen Ring, alliance, Night Fae covenant). I have four quests that show turn-in markers where the Lady of the Falls should be, but she’s not there. I’ve tried leave/return, log out/in. No change.

Had the same issue. Contacted Blizz and turns out the NPC was phased, since I was in the middle of the Night Fae Campaign Quest. Finished Da Boss quest and boom, she appeared. I didnt have to finish the whole campaign quest–just Da Boss.
