So every character my wife has, is not receiving any quests beyond the initial start up quests in the Emerald Dream zone from Lady Moonberry and Cenarius and some open zone NPC quests as well. (she is not getting the Trouble at the Tree quest from Moonberry on, or the quest chain to find Qonzu’s nest “The Qonzu’s Query” and beyond) i am at a loss to why. We have tried updating and disabling all add-ons and relogs and such. If anyone has any ideas, it would be appreciated as this is really hindering our play experience together.
She also has some confusing line about going to loam to get sparks.
I have the same issue as posted above,
Tried party sync with other peoples alts, disabled addons, reload ui, restarting, re-tried to do the leading quests again, nothing is working.
If I had NOT been questing with someone else I would have never known these quests had been missing in the first place.

Opening up a GM ticket about this and will see where it goes but also hoping some magic happens after scheduled maintenance…
Update:
Once I completed all the available quests/chain I had access to and turned in this quest:
“Tactical Withdrawal”
Other quests finally showed up in Central Encampment, such as:
- The Dryad Garden
- The Q’onzu Query
- A Call to Aid
- Trouble at the Tree
