Hey folks, hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
Since the exalted requirement was removed from heritage armor questlines, I decided to get the Belf heritage armor. But Lady Liadrin is not appearing in Oribos for this toon.
This is a fairly fresh toon I just got to 60, and all I’ve done in Oribos is the Threads of Fate selection quest.
Was the exalted requirement not removed for this particular quest? Or am I missing some other shadowlands pre-req that I don’t know about?

That’s your first mistake.
You’re thinking of the second BE questline. The actual heritage armor one starts in Org.

You must do the Heritage questline first and be exalted with Silvermoon. You must also have gotten far enough in the story to pick a covenant, or get to max level. In that case you can just pick a Covenant if you never started Shadowlands at all. As in you never did the intro either.
Then she’ll be there.
Only Blood Knights get any armor from this.
