Lack of Weapon Enchant Xmog

This expansion doesn’t really have any weapon enchant transmogs and it makes me sad.

How on earth did we make it through a goblin patch where we didn’t get a gold plated weapon transmog to make our weapons look gold and shiny? Pretty much every game has these in them for accomplishing an achievement of some kind, yet we didn’t get them.

It would’ve been cool to get a weapon enchant xmog that looks similar to the golden version of the Gob-Trotter mount where you can see its either fake gold or just gold plated.

Ooh, illusions for gold, copper, steel, etc. Maybe one that has coins falling. lol

I love me some weapon illusions. We definitely need more.

All new weapon enchant illusions have been PvP-rating locked for quite some time.

The gold-sputtering one is the one for hitting 1950* this season so technically there is a sortof goblin-themed weapon illusion, it’s just locked behind rated PvP.

Ah…well thats lame considering I don’t pay any attention to anything PVP related in this PVE game. Also there was weapon transmogs in Dragonflight, and Shadowlands that weren’t from PVP.

Yeah, the ones from DF were hit or miss like the fire one being okay and the earth one being diarrhea. Most of the good ones are from PvP though, like Shadowflame and a bunch of the older ones that I didn’t even know about until they were gone.

Blizzard lowered the rating required for the enchant - it’s 1950 now.

This is important. I want to be able to know at a glance if it’s solid gold, plated, or just some cheap spray paint job. I don’t think it would be right to have people walking around with the cheap spray paint stuff mocking all of us that have the real thing.

Only pvpers are allowed to get weapon enchants

Sounds lame. If blizzard thinks this will entice me to play PVP then they are wrong.
