you barely play the game your argument is moot because you wouldnt be 210 ilvl with the amount of playing your doing currently

ilvl doesn’t mean everything. When you’re trying to farm a specific BiS item and doing run after run with no luck, it gets discouraging very quickly.
Most people are wearing whatever they pick up and boosts ilvl, when they’re are BiS items are almost impossible to retrieve due to current system.

You’re 5 item levels higher than me when I put PvE trinkets on. You actually gear slower when you just PvP, who knew.

m+ is unrewarding in its current state for the time invested. also next week, you’ll be able to get upgrade to 197 for pvp gear, thats a m+6 in equivalent with less effort

I put in 8 hours a day, because everything is locked down and closed irl, and I’m a loser w nothing else to do.
I believe their sub numbers are artificially inflated because of this covid crap, so they are probably less incentivized to change the loot system.
If loot was setup like legion, i’d put in much more time than 8 hours.
I’m not asking to be max ilvl, but it would be nice to have chase items and a reason to grind. As it stands, M+ is on par with normal Castle NAth, which is absolutely atrocious. Higher keys are harder than heroic raids peroid, but the loot is garbage.

I think it’s more that there is fewer opportunities to get said gear. I’m okay with some gate-keeping, but it seems to be too much in the wrong direction currently?
What do I know though, I’m not sticking around to wait and find out how (if any) changes occur. Y’all have fun though!

Just because your hobbies and interests are different to others, doesn’t make you a loser. If the definition of loser is enjoying yourself and doing what interests you, then I’m a total loser too.
If people are unsubbing simply because of “low drop rates” they should probably play mobile games or loot box oriented gatcha games instead of an MMO.
Not sure why people expect to fully outgear their content difficulty for a patch within a few weeks.
It’s nice actually having progression for a change instead of jumping into heroic raiding with 10 ilvls over the actual drops.
Ahhh yes where you got legendaries from looting a treasure chest.
Also great for people who can and want to play 8 hours a day, but why should the game be balanced around having to play the game as a full time job?
Normal Castle Nathria is 200 and M+ is 210???

They should totally give you less loot, less quality loot.

There’s a big difference between now and what BFA was. Both are extremes in loot which is bad for the game regardless.
Most rational people are asking for something to drop, not BFA levels of loot.

the amount of people clearing anything over a 10 is really really small ill say less than 10,000
alot of people in this thread defending the drops only cleared up to 6-7’s yet want to hold the rest of us back its kinda annoying
