Why is there such a great lack of communication on the Hardcore Forum section from Community Managers and WoW Team?
There are many upset people who have been waiting for their justified resurrections due to DDoS events that occurred.
A simple “Hello, we are aware of the DDoS event that occurred and know that not everyone got resurrected that should have for these specific dates. The process takes time and we are looking into it” Would go a long way.
It does not take a lot of effort to give a simple forum post update every day or two.
We were told to come here and now feel like we are being ignored intentionally with little to no communication on the ongoing process or outcome.
It is really upsetting to get treated like this after decades of being a Blizzard customer.
