Kyrian "Troubles at Home" can not be turned in once complete

Stuck on completed quest.
Polemarch Adrestes is Missing! Can not turn in quest.
I can see others on youtube completing this and returning to turn it in but he’s gone permanently in my instance.

I completed the Kyrian quest Troubles at Home by doing the champion world quest. A party member who was Necrolord covenant did the same quest and both ours showed completed.

I followed the quest marker back to Elysian Hold in Bastion where the quest marker showed available to turn in.
There is no NPC here at all.
I checked all levels. I reloaded ui, I flew back and forth, I relogged and came back a day later, still no way to turn this quest in.

I am having same issue, in April, 2021. I see your post is from Dec 2020. What resolved this?

I’m having this exact issues right now as well. First post in December 2020, 2nd in April, it’s now nearly November. This guy is not in Sinfall where the map marker is and I’m unable to turn this in.

Make sure you aren’t phased to the Chains of Domination campaign quest line.
