Hello,
I recently did the ascension questline in order to get my steward to have the mail functionality.
When I ran necrotic wake, I know that the mechanical goliaths are able to be used by kyrians to give buffs to the party, and to do so you summon your steward and click on them. Choosing the option to fix the goliath.
The first time I clicked on the steward near the goliath, he just turned into a mailbox, to which I was unable to get any other option from him, other than a mailbox.
The next time I ran the dungeon, when I summoned him and clicked him, there were zero options available. This was at both goliaths at the beginning part of the dungeon and the one right after the first boss up the stairs on the left.
Both of these issues occurred during a mythic plus.

I just wanted to say that I’m having the same issue. Everything works normally outside of dungeons, but in M+ the steward just immediately turns into a mailbox and won’t let me access any of his other features.
+1 here - happened in a m+ to me too, no dialogue options woudl pop up on my owlboi near goliath. Worked fine in a regular m0 non-plus
+1 here. Steward voices hello a hundred times but won’t actually bring up a dialog box.
The steward does bring up a dialog box right before entering the mythic+ key (sitting at the beginning of the dungeon)

Also having this issue. Currently bugged.
This!! They should fix this asap. Couldn’t replenish stocks of Phial of Serenity in M+.

In a Necrotic Wake +5 last night 12/9, my steward refused to open the chat dialogue window near the goliaths.

Do any of you use the same addons? I have the same problem and use Elvui
Same here i cant use it on wake, he just says hi a million times but doesnt open any chat dialog

I’m also having the same issue. Very annoying when trying to help my team in M+ Necrotic Wake.
Steward summons fine, but then won’t bring up a dialogue option and just keep saying a greeting over and over and over and over and over again.
I have having the same issue. I was able to use my steward to activate him before but this week it stopped working and now I can’t even talk to my steward while in the dungeon at all.

Same issue here. Been happening all week, really frustrating
We are having this bug as well.
As a temporary workaround I have heard if you switch stewards it will start working again.
WORKAROUND:
I found out that my Angry Key addons was triggering the issue. Disabling the addon solved that for me.

Definitely an add-on issue, my friend who doesn’t use many add-ons doesn’t have this issue. It might be Angry Keystones and I’m definitely gonna try that next time, because that is an add-on that forces dialogue options to save time, so it might just be forcing the first dialogue option (like for Freehold the RP guy).

Also having this issue, needed more vials, could not get them as my steward just spammed me with “Hello!” etc and I could not use them on the Golem, I have not tested other dungeons with them, as I assumed maybe it wasn’t allowed because of the ability to change talents, but that should be something easily stopped.
Is there a fix for this? Literally a core mechanic of the dungeon is unavailable. Why?
