Kyrian got the short end of the stick

Night Fae gets a speed boost and blink.

Venthyr get a way to skip short distances.

Maldraxxus gets an absorb shield.

And then there’s Kyrian…

A worthless owl thing.

At least the first two can skip traps in Torghast. And the shield might help if you miss a step in those traps.

The owl? It plays a flute. :woman_shrugging:t4:

Can someone tell me if this thing is even worthwhile at all? I must be missing something. It can’t be this worthless.

I mean do you really not know it gives you 3x 20% heal pots that clear poison diseases and bleeds?

Honestly the owl is useful, he lets you sell stuff under a 1 he cool down

A free talent change for a 4hr cool down

Compliments someone for you for a day cool down

The potion he gives you is literally a free debuff clear

The Stewart can heal the player/group in Torghast. There is an epic anima power for it.

Owl thing can also let you clear out your inventory in the field if you can’t use the Yak or Jeeves, and also lets you change your talents… once every 4 hours…

It also has some pretty cool Torghast interactions.

Mounts too scared to show up in the Maw but Pico will always be with you no matter where you are

As a healer, that’s not exciting. lol But I suppose it’s something for others!

LOL wow. That’s a long cooldown! But interesting, nonetheless!

Spatial Rift doesn’t take you as far. Mage Blink doesn’t have as many blinks or lasts as long.

Three potions when I can infinitely heal myself and cleanse isn’t interesting to me.

Why so salty?

In torghast the steward and the potion can benefit you big time

You can get anima powers that basically heal you to 100% easily from your potion

When you get the right anima power you can get them to heal you or buff your mastery to 800 points, which is meaningful for say unholy DKs

The steward can heal you too if you choose to

He even gives you a speed boost every time you summon them

Well door of shadows is almost useless to rogues

Necro shield is meh

Nightfaes is good

Kyrian is a heal that we are missing and it clears the debuffs we can’t clear from CoS

That owl brings me drinks on a tray, no matter where I am, the boost to my ego alone is priceless, just saying!

it seems useless to me too tbh.

I had to put my fragile Meat Wagon in therapy. Poor little thing. The Maw scared it so bad that it was having constant nightmares about it.

(SEE HOW STUPID THIS IS, BLIZZARD?!)

I should also mention the potion is a free warlock health candy

You can use both to heal you during “oh crap” moments

Mainly Outlaw but it can be really useful for the other 2 specs at moving around aoe pools or similar, like during the Slugfist fight and you end up in a bad position that would require taking a lot of dmg or walking a lot.

If you use the FPM soulbind, you can even have those phials the steward gives you used automatically when your HP drops below 35%.

you literally made a thread to complain and I’m the salty one?

while I dont deny their use is minimal to healers it doesn’t mean the overall ability is bad, other classes have no uses for some of those skills and would very much prefer the kyrian
