Kyrian armor vendor?

Is there a kyrian armor vendor that sells the 155-190 gear? I know there’s one for night fae but all I can find for kyrian is the transmogs from the renoun vendor.

Try hero’s rest the quartermater is there.

There’s another vendor in there if you hang a left at the Soulbind place. There is an armor vendor and the vendor that upgrades the armor there.
