Lately, if I want to get a character into an event, I message the anchor to invite my alternate Bnet account, wait a few minutes, drop group, then invite a toon on this Bnet account thus creating my own anchor so I can invite whoever I want. This is done by running two instances of WoW temporarily. For anchor hosts running very large events, how do you streamline?
Well, generally when you’re banned from events and are using alts to try and attend them anyway under guise, once people are aware of what you’re doing they do not wish to streamline the process for you.

Only an authorized game master has the authority to ban a player from an open world event, aka temp login ban. When the housing system drops, a player can just decide who to issue keys to similar to SWTOR. Heck, you will not only be able to ban Sadgati from your house but ALSO your front lawn!! Now I play the HOA Karen by having Sadgati remow the same strip of grass along the shared fence. Bearglove still sleeps well because he is not able to hear the lawnmower 
Even now, there are 25 player raid instances for private events. Plenty of nuclear options for invitation only events.
If you believe a player is intentionally griefing an RP event, take unedited screen shots, use the webform ticket tool, then follow up with in game ticket.
