I have such a hard time playing Alliance. Rubs me the wrong way and I usually just can’t stick with it. But with things being so boring lately I’ve actually been playing a few Alliance alts to see what the other side of BfA was like.
I always knew Kul Tiras was pretty, but the more time I spend in it the better it gets. There’s so much detail, way more than the Horde zones. The coziness of the houses and all the decorations in them-- Reminds me of the hyper-detailing I’d do in my old WildStar houses (RIP WildStar). The beautiful skyboxes, the fluttering snow. Flickering lanterns. Light shafts though windows. Everything is just so cozy. And the NPCs actually working and doing things, kids playing with dogs, these zones are so alive and lived in.
I love Horde and I’m not switching but I feel like I missed out this time around, and not just because our city had the stupidest, most idiotic layout, while Tradewinds Market is cozy and convenient and apparently made by someone who doesn’t actively hate the playerbase.
The problem I’m having though is leveling is so slow because I’m constantly just standing around looking at the view or hanging out in buildings looking at all the doodads.
