Hello, me and my new-to-wow pal are attempting to unlock Kul Tirans.
I understand wow-head has lists of the necessary quests for ‘stormsong-and-dance’ however the lists are from 2018, I heard things changed with Shadowlands- one quest ’ Shrine of the Storm: Whispers Below’ wants us to go into Shrine Of Storms, which is hard to do as we cannot que for it at 52 and we need to fight Stormsong to finish the quest.
Is this dungeon still a requirement to complete Stormsong and Dance for Allied Race Unlock?

I did it a while ago so my answer may be wrong. But I am thinking that is the dungeon where there is a mechanic that makes it impossible to solo with a single person. You can easily go in with a friend and they two of you can down everything there with ease. I do believe that nothing has changed yet for the allied race unlocks.
There’s a skip option, I’m sure if you ask around, someone will know it.
A reasonably geared 60 could easily solo though.
