According to Blizzard, Kul Tirans are just humans. They aren’t “Drust hybrids” or anything like that.
Yet according to this chart which was made comparing the size of the WoW models with the WoW yard used in spells, male Kul Tiran Humans are 254.37 cm tall.
Now you must be wondering: What the fel is a centimeter?
Let’s just say that the tallest NBA player ever was 231 cm tall.
Kul Tiran males are 10% taller than the tallest NBA player ever.
EDIT: I just realized two things: 1 - I forgot to link the chart and 2 - I was looking at the wrong race (Zandalari Troll). The real Kul Tiran height is 237.32 cm. Still taller than the world record for NBA player, but not MUCH taller.
I am notorious for being stupid, after all. However, my point still stands.

We Kul’tirans have saltwater running through our veins. It makes us tall and strong.

I am not saying they shouldn’t be tall.
But 200 centimeters (6 foot 6) is already very tall. The average US male is 176 centimeters tall.
250 centimeters for every Kul Tiran character is inhuman.
If they made them shorter, they would end up being ball shaped.

If they just scaled the Kul Tiran model by 80% it would get to 200 cm (very tall, but reasonable and realistic) without changing it’s shape.
It is kind of refreshing looking someone besides other Tauren in the face.

Provided they reduced the massive mid section girth along with the height.

I’m fine with their height, I’m not fine with how terrible clothes look on 'em. I wish they’d implement a scaling system that worked in tandem with the measurements of the body.
I HAD a dwarf who I race changed, but as a Dwarf the Sword constantly clipped and looked horrible.
On my female Belf weapons looked so out of place.
KT was just , well some of it is nice , the rest looks really bad.
I like the newer armor they do with the 3d elements but for KT all of it is painted on almost lol.

Look at all the little insecure races!

Blizzard is lazy. Rather that fit the clothing to every single model’s body shape and proportions they just stretch it so on certain races (Pandaren and Kul Tiran) it looks unpleasant and weird.
Gotta love that special Azerothian stretchy plate metal armor!
Talking seriously though, they should take 50 cm from Kul Tirans and give it to us Worgen (makes more sense from a lore standpoint).
All humans are descended from Vrykul. Kul Tirans are just closer in stature to their ancestors.

They would look really weird if they were any shorter, I use elixirs of giant growth to make my KT even bigger.
Kul’tirians don’t need to be scaled down. Every other race should be scaled up.
In a world of 20’ tall Ogres, Mogu, Demons, Naga, Troll Berserkers, Vrykul, and far too much else, it doesn’t matter if you intentionally picked a shrimpkin race or not - you’re going to be standing face to crotch with way too many adversaries.
Heck, even the Tauren, a race that was originally “NPC huge” - the Horde’s smarter, sleeker replacement for the Ogres, a race that was basically “we’re so big we’re basically mounted already and can take on mounted units” has been shrunk down to being barely bigger than the rest of the races.
Maybe the Kul’tirans are out of rational scale, but rational scale’s been dead since the game’s inception.

Why would a very tall human look weird if he was very tall human sized instead of house sized?
Yeah, well you’re too short.
They had a scaling system I think for weapons at least but people complained about it especially for Blood Elves.
Lazy comes to mind but they also cater to some other group//
