Sure they can. Not saying there won’t be any love for Horde, put your suggestions forward too!
if i wanted to play a sw human, i would. and imo they’re the WORST race in the entire game that isn’t an elf. kt are one of my favorite races. maybe behind green orcs and regular dwarves. i just want pally/lock for them.
alliance ask for things they can’t possibly really expect to receive all the time then cry horde bias when they obviously don’t get it.
hordes two big requests that i’ve seen were brown orcs. (which is literally a pallet swap) and ogres. which don’t exist in the horde yet. unsurprisingly to anyone it’s mostly horde mains who love the big, burly kt. i wonder why that is? hm.
(big shoulderpads?)
Blizzard spent all that time giving them a completely new rig and model, just to make them one of the most unappealing races in the game
The thin model would’ve been FAR more popular, and it would’ve been the perfect opportunity to bring the undead model to alliance side
Kul Tirans were a waste of time IMO
Update Jaina Proudmore then to reflect this
Lmao imagine Jaina running around looking like Prescilla Ashvane
Probably wouldn’t have been carried off by Sylvanas’ valkyr
Orcs didn’t get a new model. It was the same exact model with a slight skeleton change.
You aren’t asking for the kul tiran model to have a very slight skeleton change. You are asking for bonus models for the kul tiran. Something no other race in the game gets.
Regular human can’t be a Druid. Blizzard seems hellbent on not allowing OG human to be a Druid.
Not only that, but the “Drust-blood-having Kul Tiran” that we seem to play as a character race option is ANYTHING BUT THE NORM for the actual peoples of Kul Tiras. Something like 70-80% of the Kul Tirans you see [named or otherwise] use regular human models.
So why are we stuck with the model that [let’s face it, this is a truth] the majority of players do not appreciate or want to play as?
It is not body shaming to want a choice for the character one wants to play.
Behold!
The High Elf allied race!
That’s what I’ve said before.
High Elves, Vrykul, Naga, Man’ari
Constantly among the Alliance playerbaseare these shouts for things that don’t make sense, thematically or lorewise. Then when they get the closest thing Blizzard can do, there’s whining that the Horde gets favored for asking for things such as…brown Orcs, or those Super trolls.
And then when the Alliance gets something with about the same amount of work put in (Dark Iron dwarves, Lightforged Draenei), they cry about how it’s “just a palette swap” and “should of been customization options”
I just like how Blizz said basically that Kul Tiran’s are sterotypically “stouter” than normal humans because of their proximity to the ocean and would therefore naturually not look like normal humans.
As if that makes ANY sense at all. Anyone who lives by a coastal region knows that people are typically healthier and skinnier than more inland regions. And their answer also holds zero credibility because there are TONS of NPC’s walking around Boralus Harbor and throughout all of Kul Tiras that use the normal human models.
Try again Blizz.
Blizzard should of just said “Sure let’s go with that” when the fans guessed that Kul Tirans were huge because of Drust blood.
Would justify why only the bigger (Drustier) Kul Tirans could be druids while the smaller ones can be dressed up “normal” humans
But we’re already the superior human race.
Yall look nothing like that
That’s just 1% body fat. But we’re all that strong.
Abbs don’t matter if there covered with layers of fat
I’m excited for the new allied race - slightly taller humans. Meanwhile horde will be getting dragon-kin, lion people, and cyborgs.
There should be a common customization option for Humans and just add a slider for Nationality. Let people pick being from Stormwind, Kul Tiras, Stromgarde, Lordaeron, etc. and have that alter your emotes/accent/racials, and get access to all the physical customizations currently available for regular humans and Kul Tirans.
Then add the skinny body type too.
