Its not as if the entire race is the huge, big humans we can play as. At least half if not more look just like normal stormwind humans.
Players should be able to choose which human model they want for their Kul Tiran toons.

regular humans can’t be shamans or druids, also the lore and cultures are different

Their appearance is tied to the Thornspeakers.
Similar trouble with Highmountain and regular Tauren, there’s druidic influence but it’s not shown well.
Oh no doubt, mostly because one is muscular and the other is plus size
