I have started levelling a Night Elf druid with the hopes of race changing her to Kul Tiran once the allied race is available. If I were to cap her level at 20 (or 19) and then race change her to a Kul Tiran, would it register that I’ve levelled from 20-110 and award me the heritage armour?
Why would you do that? Why waste money on a race change when you can just create a kul tiran who is already level 20 
I’m desperate to play my druid now and get a start on Lorewalker, but it does make sense to me that you’d award someone heritage armour if they levelled 20-110. Was just seeing if there was any other information out there.
