Kul Tiran Moonkin Form Gone

As it says, my moonkin form is not the normal Kul Tiran one from the patch. It’s a black and white chicken with horns. Is this a bug? A known change and just need to go to the barber or what?

Did you go to the barbershop, click on the moonkin icon, clicked on “Full Transformation”, and clicked on classic?
