Which takes you to the Dreamgrove, in Valāsharah. Which isnāt unlocked until you do the intro quest in Moonglade. Which isnāt offered as a spell in the spell book.

Thereās no Moonglade teleport anymore, itās just Dreamwalk, which is in your specās spellbook (not the general tab, but balance for example). And it takes you to the Emerald Dreamway, which then can take you to a number of places, including Moonglade.

Ok. So hereās the bug better defined. Itās more of an oversight than a bug, and an annoyance.
Lower level druids have the Teleport to Moonglade spell. Assuming upon reaching level 100 and completing the intro quest for the druid class hall, which is in the Dreamgrove, that spell changes to Dreamwalk.
Boosted characters start with the Dreamwalk spell. It takes you to the Dreamgrove, but you cannot enter it since you have yet to complete the intro quest that is given in New Dalaran. The quest requests you go to Moonglade to complete the portal to the Dreamgrove. But you have no teleport to Moonglade, nor are you offered one from the NPC. Up until the point that you complete that intro quest and receive the Dreamwalk spell (even though itās already listed in your spellbook) you are locked out of entering the Dreamgrove.
EDIT - I see it now. Thereās a different portal entrance to Moonglade located in the area you drop in to.
I still think thereās confusion because you keep saying Dreamgrove. Dreamwalk takes you to Emerald Dreamway, which has portals to several areas and Dreamgrove is just one of them. The bottom left of the map is the portal to Moonglade.
I just tested this on a fresh class trial. I used Dreamwalk to get to the Emerald Dreamway, ran down to the Moonglade portal, and was teleported to Moonglade. Try using Dreamwalk and opening your world map if it helps.

Sorry for the confusion, I didnāt realize that any of the other portal there where active, once I couldnāt get into the Dreamgrove portal.
Look in your spell book, there is a Teleport: Moonglade spell. Well, for me there isā¦ Iām a new 20 Kul Tiran Druid and accepted the quest āAn Invitation from Moongladeā. Hope this is helpful to someoneā¦
Thanks for this ā I have āTeleport: Moongladeā on an OLD Nelf character, but my NEW character doesnāt have it ā¦ sure enough there IS a portal to Moonglade if you āDreamwalkā but confusing for āreturningā players for sure.
