So as in the tittle says i`m having a problem in multiple characters where when i finish the first quest (Made in Kul Tiras) to unlock Kul tiran, the second one (The Master Shipwright) its not available on Cyrus. I had it available once in my Void elf Warlock but when i traved to Cyrus location the question mark was not there, even reloading the game and turning all addons off.
I openned a in-game ticket, but wtf is wrong with that avg. time? 2 months to answer a ticket, are you guys crazy? WTH do i pay this game for?

I am having the exact same problem and am trying to figure out another way to fix this other than to wait through the 43 day ticket response time. BUMP

I had this issue last night. Exact same place, etc.
I had to use a lvl60 from a different server. When you talk to Cyrus you’ll need to immediately talk to Jaina to get the letter form here.
The huge issue there is if, like me, you turn to get the letter from Jaina and she’s not there…
There is no way to abandon this questline at that point. If I didn’t have another capped alt to do this questline with I’d not have completed it.
The alt I used had never been to Boralus. I did the Taelia intro until she introduced me to Cyrus at which point I was able to start the Made in Kul Tiras line.
Just make sure you jump on Jaina to get that letter before she despawns.
The line that broke for me was almost like she phased out, not walked away.
This is how I fixed it, I wish you guys be the of luck.

I was able to do the entire chain quest, just to remember that already had done that in other character but for some reason it didnt count. And i have no idea why…
Well i unlocked the bastards, now its time to play. I will left the ticket open and this page. Hope we can help more people, since blizzard will definity not.
