In 8.2, when we get the Battle for Azeroth flight achievement unlocked, will there be a follow-up to the questline regarding Kua’fon?

Spending a month to train him only to find out he won’t fly feels like, uh… a bit of letdown. I didn’t go reading the tooltip of this item before I started the quests, myself.
