KT Staff buff not working

so the Staff of Disintegration buff is not working as it is supposed to, for a few weeks now we have been trying to figure out why the warlock tank on Capernian is still getting disoriented by her conflagration ability when the staff buff is applied and it doesnt make sense

sometimes about 3 seconds after the warlock tank gets hit by a conflagration they become disoriented even with the buff and Capernian takes off across the room.

its weird because there is a delay and they aren’t disoriented until well after the conflag hits them

they shouldn’t even get disoriented at all with that buff.

Try out ranging the conflag you won’t need the staff.

Conflag is also bugged where you can walk around and cast instant spells. for like most of the duration.
