Now im trying to get 60 of the Bronze Celebration tokens but none of the quests seem repeatable to me. Ive got 30, how do i go about getting another 30?
My max level is 70 and I dont have TWW xpack, so is this why I cant get 60 tokens?

It’s 100 tokens for the achievement before you scan start spamming them. 60 is for the first mog set and that then reduces the other mogs cheaper, then 40 for the second and 20 for every remaining mog.
I’m in the same situation, and it’s been fine. In Tanaris grab the weeklies, and take the quests from Alyx. The Secrets questline that she gives, and the crates that you can hunt down that go along with it, give quite a lot of tokens.

Well the new currency doesn’t work for me. I am still getting the old currency. So disappointed with this game. So many things going wrong I don’t even want to start on it. Even when I get “Victory” in Korrak’s revenge, I don’t get my achievement or loot. That’s the newest one that started 2 days ago. They say "Sorry but we can’t give it for you. Why is that? Most frustrating time I’ve ever had playing WOW.
