I’m just trying to figure out why you are being so hostile about a 20 year old BG getting tuned down for an anniversary event. The name calling, the insults… it’s uncool. You really should just calm down, take a breath, and think about how you are overreacting right now.

Almost like my hostitility was sufficiently explained by the first post I made in this thread. Advocating for other people’s preferred content to be made worse to make it easy for you to farm rewards when you don’t even like said content is an insanely toxic mindset to have.
And considering the fact that PvPers are a relative minority, they don’t need people like you advocating for their content to be made worse to suit yourself. You’re an entitled child. if you don’t like PvP, don’t queue for it and accept that you won’t be getting rewards from it. Don’t clap when blizzard’s own ineptitude leads to scaling issues.
So yes, I’m mad. Congratulations. But its a justified anger and if that makes you feel a false sense of superiority, so be it. The viewpoints of a manchild mean nothing to me either way.
But please, keep making false appeals to civility, or report me. I see both for how hollow they are.

I’m not seeing any scaling issues with my current classes, but I will keep an eye out. I might dislike PvP, but I don’t hate it. In fact, arenas are kinda growing on me. I have 2 out of 10 wins for the Anniversary tokens, and will keep playing Arenas til I am somehow lucky enough to hit 10 wins.
As for the anger, and the childish displays, I really hope you get some rest, and some perspective. There is no call for your behavior this evening, and it is not appreciated. There are young people who frequent the forums and they do not need your conduct as an example of how to treat others, especially those who have done nothing to you.

and this is why nobody cares about you pvp minority. your a small but massively toxic group of people playing a after thought of a game mode. people like you are why everyone who pves can act like where better than you. your crying about people not playing a version of a 20yr old pvp map thats for the anniversary where 99% of the people showing up are doing it for the quest for the bronze or it wouldnt have enough people for you to be playing it let alone crying about it. only a entitled child would say its justified anger. using your logic im angry pvp is still in this game. lets delete it so that we can remove the toxic festering wound that is pvp and let the game heal and be better off. theres a reason why even blizzard doesnt put in any resources for your mini game. oh and seeing as your so toxic about this your anger brings me such joy. if you could get angrier i would really appreciate it. maybe some tears
This is blizzards fault for making wow players feel like they have to farm every single piece of every single currency because if they don’t they won’t get there items. Appealing to everyone is never going to work.
He upset because a game mode he enjoyed was just changed to appease other people when those other people have a whole slew of things they can go do to enjoy. I’m not a huge PvPer but it’s akin to people that can’t run 9’s/10s asking for M+ to be nerfed to being boring because they “deserve” myth track loot.

Click on my character, do I look like a hardcore PvPer to you? And acting like any section of the community is more toxic than Mythic Raid guilds or M+ pugging is just hilarious. But sure, project your disdain onto those you see as an acceptable target.

They nerfed ONE old, anniversary BG, and have left everything else alone. I don’t see the issue, but something sure has your knickers in a knot.
Careful mate. She’s got some serious anger issues. Apparently nerfing old anniversary event stuff is offensive.
The problem with this AV now is that we get bottlenecked and farmed with no way to fight back and no way to farm for ourselves. I know the old ways, I was there, what made that good was that people could fight back, get kills, farm honour and backcap with games going back and forth.
What’s crap about the new one is it’s mostly just one sided honour farming, and that’s not fun.

Let’s not act like this isn’t one of if not the favorite event that comes around every year that the “old timer” pvpers enjoy. Pvpers are aloud to be upset that it has changed.

Exactly, and now with the nerf, it can last 15-20 minutes and not 45-60.
The solution to that is for them to fix the scaling to make that true, not make it a five minute race to boss kill that’s literally no different from normal AV.
