They did not. It’s been this way since 2020.
Is it crappy it was bugged this year? I guess. There were 3 other years to get this mount without issue though and if there was a way they could retroactively give the mount then they would.

You too, but you should spend your time going after the mount instead of screaming into the void here. The onus is on you to go earn it.
If only it actually worked at all. The anniversary promo seemed to suggest that you just needed the achievement to get it but I guess not? It’s really confusing.
Now they “fixed” it and it’s still broken.
I confirmed this personally. After “re-earning” 200 badges (after the Nov. 10 update) I still didn’t get the mount even though the “Bonus Objective” says 200/200 (all badges earned were after Nov. 10th). What gives? Could we please get a Blue response to this?
Note: yes I did check my bags, mailbox, and collections mount window.
I completed the bonus objective yesterday and it allowed me to turn-in a quest that rewarded the mount.
The quest was turned into the dwarf who offered a repeatable quest to collect rams.

Turn in didn’t work for me, just tried. Had to start a support ticket as a few in the raid told me they had to do also.
Seems the system, like most everything else behind the scenes, is backed up. See response about someone in similar situation receiving their mount – after 6h.

Very much so… I did all the things and got the achievement like half a day before they actually ‘fixed’ it all to have to do it all over again…
