Did Blizzard really just lock the player curated known issues thread, after removing their own known issues thread ~a month ago? They have some balls. 1.13 Known Issues 10/30/2019 *Updated!*
sounds about right around here, the only blue activity on these forums are canned press releases and deleting helpful threads.

They also stealth removed several of the last posts on that thread, including the one where I noted that interrupts seem to be causing the target to suffer a GCD. Feelsbadman.
